Developing and manufacturing core insulation and structural components for CRDMs at SNPP and CGN. Our proprietary integrally compression-molded 230℃-class silicone coil bobbins have served in 9 nuclear power units since 2017; the new-generation 440℃-class assembly has completed development, and 250℃-class ceramic bobbins are now in supply.
Since 2001, working with Shanghai Generator Works and Harbin Electric Machinery to localize epoxy adhesives and potting compounds for 300MW/600MW/1000MW generator units, qualified supplier to all three major OEMs. GRT_1839 epoxy potting compound is applied in CAS's world-first electromagnetic-drive ultra-high-speed ground test facility — the "Electromagnetic Sled".
