The R&D center is staffed by technical professionals with degrees in composite materials, organic chemistry, analytical chemistry and applied chemistry, forming a cross-disciplinary R&D team covering synthesis, formulation, testing and process engineering.

Close industry-academia collaboration with East China University of Science and Technology provides strong talent and technology support.
